Born and raised in Georgia, Felicia discovered her calling in the substance use and mental health field following her own personal battle with addiction and subsequent journey to recovery. With a wealth of experience across various departments within the behavioral health industry, Felicia has steadily progressed from a recovery residences house manager to a role in case management, ultimately reaching her current position as the Director of Admissions and Business Development at Solutions Healthcare. In this capacity, she leads a dedicated team focused on cultivating community relationships and providing support to individuals and families grappling with addiction and mental health challenges.

Leveraging her own firsthand experience with addiction, Felicia is driven to assist individuals during what may be the most difficult period of their lives. Empathizing deeply with families she encounters, Felicia states, “Each time I engage with a family, I can identify with the exact emotions they are experiencing because I have personally walked in their shoes.” Her unwavering determination compels her to go the extra mile in aiding those in need, helping them navigate the complex landscape of behavioral health. The gratification she derives from guiding individuals through this journey reinforces her commitment to her passion—supporting individuals struggling with addiction and mental health concerns.

During her leisure time, Felicia cherishes moments spent in tropical locales with her husband and three children. On weekends, you’ll likely find her enthusiastically cheering on her children at their sporting events, as she wholeheartedly embraces the role of their biggest cheerleader. Having grown up in a close-knit family, Felicia actively passes down this value to her own children, recognizing the significance of family bonds. As she aptly puts it, “While other factors may influence our lives, our journey begins and ends with family.”
